OUR PASTOR
Arch Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. was born in the country of Haiti in the city of Port-au-Prince. He was born to the union of Marie Bonaventure and Kesner Cesar. He is the oldest son. He is the Arch Bishop of Now Faith Haitian Outreach International Ministries Church of God Christ is Victory here in Orlando Fl. He is married to Marie Chancely Cesar, and God bless them with four wonderful children and one on the way. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. Earned his High School Diploma at Midwest High School. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. also a student at Apex School of Theology. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. Gave his life to Christ and allowed himself to become a student of God’s Word learning from the divine teacher, the Holy Spirit. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. was license as a missionary, doing missionary work in the community. Then started studying ministry and started being trained as Elect- minister, then became license as a minister, and became an Elder-Elect, then a license Elder, then became a Pastor-Elect, then license as Pastor. Then later became a Bishop-Elect than commission and license as a Bishop then became a Arch Bishop. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. known for the service that God has called him to do. God has led his heart to aid and help in the community by evangelizing the Word of God. Sharing the good News of God by visiting and ministering to the sick, elderly, homeless and giving his service to those in need. Ministry has led him in nursing homes, hospitals, jails, and answers to crisis situations like Haiti. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. also has a pen-pal ministry to those who need a word of encouragement; Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. also helps the widows, counsel’s individuals according to the Word of our Lord Jesus Christ. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. also help the disable, and do outreach evangelism in the community sharing the truth of Jesus Christ and his resurrection to make it possible for us to reign in eternal life with God the Father.Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. is a family man, and has trained and helped Bishops, Apostle, Pastors, Elders, Ministers, evangelist in ministries. One of the key factors that he stresses in ministry is “To give your time with God as He gives His time to be with you.” So you must spend time with God. Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. loves to preach the gospel to the lost, rejected, hurting and backsliders within the community. To be ultimate goal is to be a living vessel for Jesus Christ through the Word, and to maintain his integrity in the Lord unto the day of redemption.God has given Arch Bishop Sidrac G. Cesar Sr. a mandate to exemplify holiness with a standard of excellence. The Lord has given him vision and has birth a message within him that is powerful and profound. He has designed a plan that will save, heal, equip, and reach out to a lost and dying world. He well likes to ask everyone to come out and see how the Lord has blessed. In Luke 14:17, “and sent his servant at supper time to say to those who were invited, Come, for all things are now ready.”

Now Faith Haitian Outreach International Ministries Church of God Christ is Victory is predicated upon prayer, fasting, the Word of God and Faith. We believe that it is essential to both the natural man and the spiritual man to posses these four attributes of God in order for God to perform in ways beyond man’s deepest intellect. Now Faith Haitian Outreach International Ministry Church of God Christ is Victory is a Trans-denominational Ministry. According to the scripture found in Romans 12:2,” and be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” As Apostle Paul recorded in the Holy Word of God in Philippians 2:5 “let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus”.
We believe according to James 5:16……the effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”
We believe that fasting is prevalent in this journey with Christ because fasting along with prayer not only allow your spirit man(inner man) to be feed, but it opens a more intimate relationship with God and allows you to understand by meditating and ingesting his Word. We believe that if Jesus Christ had to fast so do us. Matthew 4:2-4 States that; “and when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward a hungered. And the tempter (Satan) came to him, he said, if thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. But he (Jesus) answered and said, it is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedth out of the mouth of God.”
We believe that the Word of God is our way of understanding the mind of God and that by reading and studying the Holy Bible you will get the necessary food for your natural and spiritual life to help advance the Kingdom of God. 2 Timothy 2:15, states “Study to shew (show) thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth.” Hebrews 3:12, records: “For the Word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” Psalms 119:105 reminds us that: “Thy Word is a lamp.”
